Today we packed over 300 dresses as part of the Holiday Giveaway to three of the @Child and Families First of Delaware schools: @Warner Elementary School, @Subbs Elementary School, and @Bancroft Elementary School. These schools reached out to Charity Crossing last week with a list of clothing for boys and girls as a holiday present. Thanks to our Holiday Drive co-leads Adithi, Shil, Ashika, and volunteer Amika for their help in choosing the right dresses and sizes, packed, labeled, and brought to the garage. These girls worked non-stop without even a water break for more than 3 hours so happily. We will soon publish the Holiday 2020 flyer that these girls have worked on. Well done kiddos. Special thanks to their parents in helping Jay to go to the storage and brought the Halloween items for distribution.
