As one famous author once said, “Nothing ever seems impossible in Spring, you know”, our Charity Crossing volunteers proved just that this spring. In this April newsletter, you will find articles on how we kicked off the month with our 6th Annual Autism Understanding and Acceptance Walk, celebrated our first anniversary of serving at Lion Judah Bible Cafe, and achieved what we thought was impossible while bringing smiles to pets, their owners and mother Earth. There are inspiring articles on volunteering as a family, a spotlight on one of our Youth volunteers, and how CC looks for creative ways to reduce waste, recycle and repurpose. Finally, we close off with instructive articles on the difference between school service hours and volunteering, calling out what it takes to volunteer in Charity Crossing, and more.

Hoping you enjoy reading the articles as much as we enjoyed putting them together for you. – Charity Crossing Communication Team
